Your deposit will be transferred over to your future appointment. You are able to reschedule ONE time using the same deposit then a new deposit will be required. CANCELLATION POLICY : I understand things happen however you are required to cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so you must pay 50% of the service fee. If you refuse you will be banned from booking with us again. LATE POLICY : Late Fees are not applied. However in the case of extreme lateness your appointment will be cancelled. This will result in you losing your deposit. To reschedule a $35 non-refundable deposit will be required. REFUND POLICY : I DO NOT offer refunds on ANY service however there is a 3 day time period to notify me of any issues that may arise and a follow up appointment will be made to fix any concerns. Please arrive to your appointment on time, NO extra guest are allowed, please arrive with a clean base meaning NO makeup. Remaining balance must be paid in cash only, thank you.
